This is a class about conscious sedation used in clinics hospital medical floors, emergency rooms, Gi labs, Special Procedure Units where a Nurse may be required to administer drugs and monitor a patient who is under conscious sedation. A Certificate and 6 CEU's is offered for this course. This Course is taught by an Anesthesiologist who will provide you with the fundamentals and monitoring guidelines for people who are temporarily sedated. A Pharmacolgy Component is included with common drugs used in the conscious seadation environmet. All Course Materials are included.
