" Six or seven students were swimming laps around 11:25 a.m. at the Sleepy Hollow Swim and Tennis Club when a coach noticed one student hadn't returned from the other end of the pool, Battalion Chief Darrell Lee said."
The coach realized the boy was on the bottom of the pool and was unresponsive.
Coaches pulled the boy from the water and performed CPR, and after a couple of rescue breaths he coughed up water and began breathing again, Lee said.
"They saved his life," Lee said. "No doubt about it."
