Do you have to be a Nurse or a Doctor to receive  certification's through the American Heart Association ?

No you do not have to be a licensed person to take a American Heart Association  course or receive your providers card.

Once I receive my prividers card does this give me license to perform the skills learned independently ?

It depends on your State License and the Policy of your Hospital or Clinic. The Certification card only means that you have successfully completed a course and met the standards of the American Heart Association.

Your listing states that the buyer can request a class any time date location in southern california can the class be conducted at my house ?

Yes the course can be conducted any time date or place we request that you give at least a 24 hour notice so that we can prepare materials and make traveling arrangements.

After I click on the registration button on the web page what will happen then ?

After you click on the registration button on the web page you will be directed to the certification product that you selected. Which will be ACLS ( R ) renewal, ACLS ( I ) initial PALS (R ) renewal,PALS ( I ) Initial Or NRP ( I ) initial, NRP ( R ) Renewal.  Once you have clicked on the product payment information is requested through our secured payment processing center Authorize.net. Upon completion of payment a notification of payment and registration is forwarded to our office via E-mail. Mr. Benedict will be contacting you by e-mail to get a roster ( list of the names of all students that will be attending your class )


5.

I have additional friends that would like to attend the class it says on the website that it is only $ 100 extra. How do they register ?

Once Mr. Benedict receives registration from the primary buyer and asks for a roster ( list of the names of all students that will be attending the class ) If there are any students in addition primary students. Mr Benedict will create a special temporary registration product where additional class members can sign up for your class for $ 100.00 Each.

Who do I call for help to register or talk with the instructor if I need help ?

You may call Mr. Benedict at 866-409-9082 Once you are our client and you have paid and registered you may call Dr Rendon directly.

 I work Night shift and my friend works swing shift ( PM ) can a class be conducted in the evening or at night ?

Yes the course can be conducted in the evening or at night but the course must be at the same time for all participants in the class.
